Franck Debié, Fondation Chirac

Franck Debié, Fondation Chirac, graduated from Ecole Normale Supérieure, obtained the Agregation in Geography, a PhD in political geography, graduated from HEC, and was a Besse Scholar (Oxford). Franck Debié heads the Centre of Geostrategy at the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris. He also teaches international risk management and European issues at HEC. He is the author of several works on the Middle East and the Balkans. He was the Fondation’s Managing director for political innovation from its creation in 2004 until October 2008.

He was the Directeur d’études for the UMP, Political director for the European Ideas Network in Brussels, a group of think tanks and experts working for the EPP group in the European Parliament.
